Dave Ratzer

Dave Ratzer has extensive experience in sales operations and business development, currently serving as Director of Sales Operations at Death Wish Coffee Company since December 2018. In this role, responsibilities include planning and forecasting for wholesale channels, utilizing advanced POS and shopper analytics, and managing a custom CRM system. Previously, Dave held various positions at Death Wish Coffee Company, focusing on sales analysis, order processes, and customer service management. Prior to this, Dave worked as Business Development Manager at DotBlock and as Director of Sales at Live Nation, where significant sales growth was achieved through effective relationship building and sales strategies. Dave Ratzer holds a Bachelor's degree in Business and Music from SUNY Oneonta.
