Shannon Sweeney is currently the eCommerce Marketing Director at Death Wish Coffee Company. Prior to this, they worked as a copywriter at Creative Communication Associates from October 2017 to January 2018. Shannon has also worked as a reporter for Albany Business Review from September 2016 to October 2017 and for Pittsburgh Post-Gazette from May 2016 to August 2016, where they were an intern. Additionally, Shannon was an intern at The Global Legal Post in June 2014 and at The Daily Collegian in July 2014. From May 2015 to May 2016, they were the Editor in Chief of The Daily Collegian, and from August 2013 to March 2015, they were the Copy Desk Chief. Shannon began their career at The Daily Collegian as a reporter in August 2012.

Shannon Sweeney holds a Bachelor's degree in Print and Digital Journalism and a Bachelor's degree in Political Science from Penn State University. Shannon also holds a certification from Kellogg Executive Education in Professional Certificate in Product Management.
