Lisa Vigil Schattinger

Lisa Vigil Schattinger, MSN, RN, currently serves as the President of the Board of Directors and a Board Member at Death with Dignity since April 2016. As the Founding Executive Director of Ohio End of Life Options since November 2015, Lisa has been instrumental in advocating for end-of-life choices. Prior experience includes serving as an Alternate Delegate for the Greater Cleveland Nurses Association (GCNA) and as a Nurse Practitioner at Planned Parenthood of Greater Cleveland. Lisa's nursing experience encompasses roles in Med/Surg Oncology at University Hospitals of Cleveland and as a Medical Assistant in Internal Medicine. Educational qualifications include a Master’s Degree in Nursing with a focus on Women’s Health from the Frances Payne Bolton School of Nursing at Case Western Reserve University and a Bachelor’s Degree in Biology, Chemistry, and Psychology from Linfield University.
