Burhan Eliacik

Burhan Eliacik is a prominent figure in the payments and electronic money sector, currently serving as the Founder and Managing Partner of DeBa Ventures since April 2024 and as the Founding Chairman of Türkiye Ödeme ve Elektronik Para Kuruluşları Birliği since September 2020. Eliacik has held various influential positions including Jury member of the Payment Innovation Jury and Board Member of iyzico and TOBB's e-Commerce Council. Previously, Eliacik was the CEO and Board Member of iPara, Chairman of ODED, and CEO & Vice Chairman of Wirecard Turkey. In addition to these roles, Eliacik has been recognized as a Male Ally at the European Women Payments Network from March 2019 to January 2024. Eliacik holds a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering from Middle East Technical University, earned between 1994 and 1999.
