Andrew Yates

Andrew Yates is a Partner and head of Corporate and Commercial at Debenhams Ottaway, specializing in acquisitions, bespoke articles of association, share schemes, shareholders' agreements, and constitutional matters. Andrew is currently serving as a Non-Executive Director at Veruth Holdings Limited, using their legal background to assist in managing the portfolio of companies and assessing prospective investment opportunities. Prior to this, Andrew worked as a Solicitor at Brignalls Balderston Warren, where Andrew started as a Trainee in 2007 and was admitted to the roll in 2009. Andrew completed their legal education at The College of Law, York and Kingston University.
