Simon Marchant

Simon Marchant has extensive experience in the IT field. Simon began their career at Merit Software UK, where they worked as a Senior IT Support Analyst from April 2014 to January 2017. Simon then took on the role of Software Support Manager at the same company from January 2017 to July 2021.

In 2021, Simon joined JD Sports Fashion plc as a Software Developer from August 2021 to September 2022. Simon was then promoted to the position of Senior Platform Engineer from September 2022 to October 2023.

Currently, Simon is working as a Lead Support Engineer at Debenhams since October 2023.

Simon Marchant holds a degree in Digital Communication and Media/Multimedia from the University of West London. Simon has also obtained additional certifications, including AWS Certified Solutions Architect in July 2023 and AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner in July 2022 from Amazon Web Services (AWS).
