Alicia Poncet has a diverse work experience. In 2009, they worked as an Assistant responsible for internal communication at Club Med. Later that year, they joined Hôtel Le Singulier as a General Manager. In this role, they were responsible for strategic recommendations and implementing the repositioning of the hotel concept. Their tasks included managing profitability, accounting, and finances, organizing general services, making investment decisions, analyzing the market and adapting the hotel's offerings, ensuring quality control, developing and implementing the commercial policy, promoting the establishment, managing internal and external business relationships, coordinating hotel teams, evaluating training needs, recruiting, supervising overall hotel activities, and fostering customer loyalty through effective communication.
