Heather Flynn

Heather Flynn has over 20 years of work experience in various technology and management roles. Heather started their career at Lincoln Financial Group, where they worked as a Customer Service Support Specialist. Heather then moved on to Indiana University, where they served as an International Accounts Specialist and Senior Collector, managing and collecting on delinquent accounts for students from over 50 countries.

In 2000, Heather joined DHL as a Customer Automation Specialist, where they independently managed the technical needs of over 250 customers in their local territory. Heather developed automation solutions for shipping, invoicing, and logistics, and created marketing and training materials for new automation products and services.

In 2001, Heather transitioned to the healthcare industry and joined DWA Healthcare Communications Group. Heather held several managerial positions within the company, including roles such as Marketing Research Project Manager, Senior Marketing Projects Manager, and Manager of Medical Informatics and Analytics. Heather'sresponsibilities included managing market research services, leading project management efforts, and overseeing data management systems.

Throughout their career at DWA Healthcare Communications Group, Heather continued to progress and take on more senior roles. Heather served as Manager, Technology Integration and Training, Manager, Medical Informatics and Continuous Quality Improvement, and Manager, Business Analysis and Systems Integration. In these roles, they focused on integrating technology systems, leading quality improvement initiatives, and managing the scope and requirements for technology projects.

Heather's most recent roles at DWA Healthcare Communications Group include Technical Product Manager, Director of Technology Enterprise Services, and Senior Director of Technology Services. In these positions, they were responsible for managing enterprise-level systems, ensuring strategic alignment with the company's technology roadmap, and optimizing the implementation and ongoing enhancement of these systems.
