Yanislav Vasilev

Yanislav Vasilev is a seasoned professional in customer service management, currently serving as the Customer Service Manager at The Semrad Law Firm since July 2019 after progressing from the role of Customer Service Supervisor. Prior to this position, Yanislav worked as a Market Research Analyst at Art Nation from February 2016 to June 2019. Yanislav holds a degree in East Asian Studies from Sofia University, completed in 2019, and also pursued studies at the University of Plovdiv "Paisii Hilendarski" between 2014 and 2018.
