Karen (KJ) James

Karen (KJ) James has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Karen (KJ) began their career in 1996 as an Accounts Receivable at The Stratosphere Resort & Casino, where they successfully established policies and procedures for the department and rectified over 2 million in credit card chargeback issues. In 1998, they were recruited to Boardwalk Hotel & Casino as a Reservations Manager/Sales Office Manager, where they restructured both sales and reservations departments and implemented a software program to help out sales, catering and front desk. In 2000, they were recruited to Tropicana Las Vegas Inc. as an Assistant Manager of Reservations & Casino Services, where they were responsible for forecasting revenue, yielding rates and inventory, and managing revenue and inventory for all wholesale and e-commerce accounts. In 2001, they were recruited to TRAVELWORM.COM as a Western Region US Market Manager. In 2009, they began working for EZ Yield.com, Inc. as a Regional Sales Manager and also took on roles with the San Diego Travel Coalition and California National Guard/ARMY. In 2015, they began working for Money360, Inc. as an Investor Relations/Office Manager/Team Culture and also took on a role with M360 Advisors as an Investor Relations Manager. Karen (KJ) is currently an Operations Manager at EverChain\u00ae, where they provide operational and administrative support to the C-Suite team and various departments, oversees operations, and handles corporate travel arrangements.

KJ James completed a Master Graduate degree in Leadership from Rapport Leadership International Team 1668 in 2006. From 1988 to 1990, they attended the College of Southern Nevada, studying Criminal Law. KJ James also earned a Diploma in Business/Computers from Western High School between 1982 and 1985.
