Shantal Pascal has over 20 years of experience in the finance and compliance industry. In 2021, they began working at EverChain as the Director of Network Compliance - Recovery. From 2008 to 2021, they worked at Sequium Asset Solutions, LLC as the Corporate Compliance Officer / Auditor, where they were responsible for the Compliance Management System. Shantal also managed Compliance Analysts and performed internal and external audits. From 2002 to 2008, they worked at Spirit Incentives as the Quality Assurance/Corporate Trainer/Operations Manager, where they monitored and reviewed recorded and live calls of customer service and reservation staff. Shantal also evaluated agent performance and provided coaching and development for unsatisfactory scores needing improvement. From 1998 to 2002, they worked at Norwegian Cruise Lines as the Call Center Supervisor, where they coached and developed reservations staff and provided leadership examples within the team. Shantal also managed employee performance issues, including corrective action and performance reviews.
Shantal Pascal attended Miami Dade College School of Business from 2004 to 2007, majoring in Hospitality Administration/Travel and Tourism. Shantal is currently pursuing a Bachelor of Business Administration - BBA in Business Administration and Management, General at Strayer University, with an expected graduation date of 2021.
