Chris Moxley

Chris Moxley is a consultant at Kalion, Inc. since February 2023, with a robust academic and research background in microbiology. Moxley earned a PhD in Microbiology from The University of Georgia in December 2022, where previous roles included Graduate Research Assistant, Microbiology Lab Technician II, and Microbiology Lab Technician I, focusing on enzyme specificity and experimental evolution techniques. Additionally, Moxley interned at bp as a Biosciences Center Intern, improving microbial strains for biofuel production, and participated in a DOE SULI Internship at the National Renewable Energy Laboratory, enhancing the performance of enzymes through advanced methodologies. Moxley also holds a Bachelor's degree in Biochemistry and Molecular Biology from The University of Georgia.
