Nathaniel Olivarez, P.E. Tx, is a seasoned professional in engineering and project management, currently holding the position of Project Manager at DEC, now part of Gannett Fleming, since April 2009. Previously, Nathaniel worked as an Engineer at J.E. Saenz & Associates for a brief period in late 2008 and held the role of CAD Designer at S & B Infrastructure, Ltd. from May 2004 to January 2008. Nathaniel obtained a Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering from The University of Texas-Pan American.
