Koushik Majee

Koushik Majee currently serves as the Head of Procurement and Supply Chain Management at Dec Group, focusing on SCM, CAPEX, and OPEX Procurement for India operations since May 2025. Prior to this role, Koushik was a Senior Procurement Manager at ArcelorMittal, where responsibilities included leading procurement for a large greenfield project and implementing a Procure-to-Pay framework. Additional experience includes positions at CEPT University as Procurement Manager, SPX FLOW, Inc. as Master Planner, and Kohler Co. as Assistant Manager - Procurement, with a strong emphasis on purchasing and supervisory skills throughout various roles. Koushik holds a Bachelor of Technology in Mechanical Engineering from Haldia Institute of Technology and a Post Graduate Diploma in Materials Management from Bhartiya Vidya Bhavans Sardar Patel Institute of Technology.
