Koushik Majee

Koushik Majee is an experienced professional in procurement and supply chain management, currently serving as the Head of Procurement and Supply Chain Management at Dec Group since May 2025. Previously, Koushik held the position of Senior Procurement Manager at ArcelorMittal, where leadership was provided for a large greenfield project and a complete Procure-to-Pay (P2P) framework was implemented. Other notable roles include Procurement Manager at CEPT University and SPX FLOW, Inc., as well as Master Planner and Assistant Manager positions at Kohler Co. and Schneider Electric, respectively. Koushik began a career in engineering at Dhunseri Petrochem & Tea Limited and holds a Bachelor of Technology in Mechanical Engineering from Haldia Institute of Technology and a PGDMM in Materials Management from Bhartiya Vidya Bhavan's Sardar Patel Institute of Technology.
