Ilko Angelov

Ilko Angelov has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. In 2015, they worked as a Restaurant Worker at Sunfoods Bulgaria. In 2016, they were a Gas Station Cashier at Gazprom. Ilko continued in the same role in 2017, but also took on the position of Gas Station Attendant for a brief period. In 2017, they joined FACTOR.BG as a Printer Technician, where they repaired and provided customer support for printers. In 2018, Ilko Angelov shifted to TTEC, initially starting as a Customer Service Representative and later becoming a Senior Customer Service Representative. Their responsibilities included providing customer support via chat for a financial institution, assisting colleagues through a ticket system, and training new-hires. Most recently, in 2021, they joined DECA Games as a Live Operations Specialist and was subsequently promoted to Senior Live Operations Specialist in 2022.

Ilko Angelov completed their education at the University of Plovdiv "Paisii Hilendarski" from 2015 to 2016, earning a Bachelor's degree in English Philology. Prior to that, they attended the Vocational High School of Electrical Engineering and Electronics, where they studied Industrial Electronics Technology/Technician until 2015.
