Ashley Qian serves as the Chapter Development Provincial Officer at DECA Inc., where responsibilities include fostering leadership among over 15,000 members within Ontario's largest youth organization since June 2022. Additionally, Ashley is an intern at caregiVR, a platform utilizing Virtual Reality to offer therapeutic sessions for older adults with dementia, and co-founded PearPals, a social media initiative aimed at connecting incoming international students with local Canadian peers to facilitate their transition. Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Honours Health Science at McMaster University, Ashley's education follows a high school diploma from Donald A Wilson, completed in 2023.
