Haeley K. is a driven senior at Carlmont High School with a strong interest in analytical and behavioral economics. Haeley currently works as an independent researcher at the University of California, Davis, focusing on a comparative paper regarding AI optimization in the workplace. They also hold the position of operations leader intern at Belmont Water Dog Run, where they manage logistics and sponsorships. Haeley has gained leadership experience as the co-president of Learning Lab Kyrgyzstan, where they tutored underprivileged children in business management. In addition, they participate in student government at Carlmont High School and have engaged in prestigious programs such as the Wharton Global Youth Program and Yale Economics for Leaders.
