Becki vander Lugt

Becki Vander Lugt currently serves as the Human Resource Manager, Safety Leader, and Continuous Improvement Sensei at Decade Products since April 2022. Prior experience includes roles at Cascade Engineering, where Becki held the position of Hoshin Manager from May 2013 to May 2022, focusing on Lean deployment and strategic analysis across the organization. Earlier, Becki worked as a Lean Manager and Lean Specialist, facilitating Kaizen events and training employees on Lean methodologies. Becki's career began as a Core Operator, progressing to team leader responsibilities. Becki holds a Bachelor of Science in Fisheries and Wildlife Management from Oregon State University, an associate degree in Business Management from Davenport University, and a diploma from Coopersville High School.
