Stas Borsutsky

Stas Borsutsky is an experienced professional in operations, human resources, and analytics. Currently serving in Operations & Infrastructure at Decart since December 2024, Stas previously held significant roles at Vayyar Imaging, including Head of Global Compensation & Benefits and People Analytics, and HRIS Team Lead. Stas spent over a decade with Israeli Military Intelligence, advancing through various HR leadership positions, including Head of HR for Unit 81 and Central Command. Stas's early career included a role as an Organizational Consultant with the IDF. Stas holds an MBA in Business Administration and Management from The Open University of Israel, an MA in Political Science from Bar-Ilan University, and a BA in Behavioral Sciences and Management from Ben-Gurion University, in addition to certification as a Basketball Instructor from The Zinman College.
