Alon Ariel

Alon Ariel is an experienced operations and employee experience manager currently at Decart since June 2025. Previously, Alon served in various roles at Granulate, an Intel Company, from February 2021 to July 2025, including culture and operations lead and culture and operations manager. Alon's earlier experience includes positions as office manager at BloxStaking from July 2019 to February 2021 and site manager at Escape Room Israel from August 2016 to August 2019, where responsibilities involved managing a team of over ten employees, including recruitment and training. Alon briefly worked as a community manager at PMI Israel Chapter in 2019 and served as a logistics officer in the Israel Defense Forces from November 2011 to December 2015. Alon holds a Bachelor's degree in Government and Sociology from The Academic College of Tel-Aviv, Yaffo, completed in 2019.
