Vadim Kharchuk

Vadim Kharchuk started their work experience in 2019 as a Software Implementation Specialist at NEOSYSTEMS. Vadim then joined Playrix in the same year and held multiple roles, including Senior QA Engineer and HR specialist on the Township Project. During their time at Playrix, Vadim was responsible for managing QA teams, developing testing pipelines, and maintaining test documentation. Vadim also performed features testing on various platforms, worked on game optimization and performance, and contributed to in-app advertising monetization. Additionally, Vadim conducted screening and technical interviews for incoming QA Engineers. Currently, they are a Senior QA Engineer at Decartel, starting in 2023.

Vadim Kharchuk completed their education in two universities. From 2013 to 2019, they pursued a Master of Technology (MTech) degree in IT and Computer Science at Petrozavodsk State University (PetrSU). Then, from 2018 to 2019, they continued their studies in Computer Science by completing another Master of Technology (MTech) degree at LUT University.
