Kevin Grossman has extensive experience in the finance industry. Kevin currently serves as the Vice President at Decathlon Capital Partners, where they provide non-dilutive revenue-based finance to growing companies. Previously, they worked as the Managing Director, Corporate Finance at CIBC Innovation Banking, offering strategic advice and funding to technology and innovation clients. Prior to that, they held the position of Managing Director at White Oak Global Advisors, where they sourced, negotiated, and managed alternative credit facilities for middle-market businesses. Kevin also has experience as the Managing Director and Cofounder of the Lower Middle Market group at Hercules Technology Growth Capital, where they invested in and managed venture debt for various companies. Earlier in their career, they served as the SVP of the Bank and Asset Based Lending Group at Silicon Valley Bank and held positions at National Bank of Canada and BFI Business Finance.
Kevin Grossman earned their Bachelor's degree in Business Economics from UC Santa Barbara, which they attended from 1986 to 1990. In 1993 and 1994, they pursued further education at Northern Arizona University, where they obtained their MBA in Finance.
