Macarena Torres is currently working as a Responsible for Personnel Management at Decathlon Chile, where Macarena handles administrative tasks related to personnel management to ensure proper store operations and employee compensation. Previously, Macarena worked as an Omnicommerce Team Player at the same company, where Macarena provided personalized customer service and maintained store organization. Before that, Macarena worked as an Executive at Corporación Regional de Santiago, where Macarena collected and processed data for tourism analysis. Macarena obtained a degree in Tourism Management Engineering from Universidad Tecnológica Metropolitana and completed a Diploma in Human Resources Management from Universidad de Santiago de Chile.
