Joyce Yan Yee Tong

Joyce Yan Yee Tong is a Training & Development Leader at Decathlon Hong Kong since October 2021, responsible for planning and executing learning strategies for over 450 teammates, coordinating a team of trainers to deliver various training topics, and launching the Decathlon Academy HK Learning Management System. Joyce also develops leadership programs for succession planning, designs onboarding journeys, and facilitates a Train-the-Trainer program. Prior to this role, Joyce held multiple department manager positions at Abercrombie & Fitch Co. and started as an Assistant Manager and Manager in Training. Joyce holds a Bachelor of Business Administration with a focus on Human Resources Management and Marketing from The University of Hong Kong and completed the International Baccalaureate at Sha Tin College.
