Lana Afonskaia

Lana Afonskaia is currently the Accounting Team Lead at Decathlon Ireland, where Lana leads and develops the accounting team and ensures high-quality and timely deliverables. With a background in Accounting and Finance, Lana has led projects in financial automation solutions and played a key role in transitioning the European supply activity to Ireland. Prior to their current role, Lana worked as the Accounting and Finance Manager at Decathlon Russia, where Lana focused on monthly reporting and analysis. Lana has a strong educational background, including a Diploma in International Financial Reporting from ACCA.
