Leandro Sá

Leandro Sá is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in sustainability and sports management. Currently serving as Sustainability Leader at Decathlon Portugal since October 2013, Leandro leads initiatives aimed at reducing environmental impact and enhancing community participation through sports. Previous roles include Sports Facilities Leader and Department Manager at Decathlon Portugal, where responsibilities encompassed facility operations, budget management, and team development. Prior to Decathlon, Leandro worked as a Move Agent for the International Sport and Culture Association, a Student Brand Manager at Red Bull, Sports Manager at the University of Algarve, and a Public Sports Manager Assistant at Câmara Municipal de Faro. Leandro holds a Master's degree in Business Management and a Bachelor's degree in Sports from Universidade do Algarve.
