Philippe Debray is the CEO of Decathlon Turkey, having assumed this role in April 2023, while also serving as a coach for Israel and Greece. Prior to this position, Philippe held the title of Transformation Leader for Decathlon United from September 2019 to May 2023, where responsibilities included overseeing the evolution of sales strategies both online and offline. Previously, Philippe was the Leader for Decathlon in Turkey and acted as a coach for Germany from September 2016 to September 2019. Philippe holds a Master’s degree in Administration and Management from Université de Caen Normandie.
