Alberto Mendiola

Alberto Mendiola has held significant leadership roles at Decathlon UK since April 2017, currently serving as Head of Retail, and previously as City Retail Leader and Store Manager Coach. Prior experience includes a tenure at Decathlon España from May 2005 to April 2017 as Store Manager and Mountain Department Manager, where responsibilities encompassed managing a team of 40 and overseeing a budget of €7 million. Alberto is currently pursuing a degree in Psychology at VIU - Universidad Internacional de Valencia (2021-2026) and has completed advanced studies in Project Management, Human Resources, and Coaching.
