Carolina Gozzoli

Carolina Gozzoli's work experience includes various roles at Decathlon UK and Decathlon Italia. Carolina started at Decathlon Italia in 2010 as a Sales Assistant and later became a Department Manager. In 2016, they joined Decathlon UK as a Department Manager and later served as a Store Manager and Brand in retail lead. Currently, Carolina is working as the Head of Merchandising at Decathlon UK.

Carolina Gozzoli obtained a Master's degree in Law from the Università degli Studi del Piemonte Orientale between 2008 and 2014. In 2019, they enrolled at the British Academy of Photography and completed a Higher National Diploma in Photography in 2021. Carolina also briefly attended IÉSEG School of Management in 2016, focusing on Business and Management.
