Louise Ruddy

Louise Ruddy is a seasoned professional in human resources and retail management, currently serving as the Country People Director at Decathlon UK since May 2022, after previously holding the title of Head of Retail. Prior to this role, Louise was the Country Human Resources Leader for Decathlon Australia from July 2017 to July 2022, where significant contributions included the Decathlon Melbourne Project and the launch of the omni-commerce business. Louise's extensive experience with Decathlon also includes positions as Store Leader and Regional Coach in the UK, managing operations, health and safety, and financial performance across multiple locations. Educational qualifications include a CIPD Level 7 Advanced Diploma in HR Management and a BSc in Business Management from Swansea University.
