Nora Daimar

Nora Daimar is an experienced recruitment leader with a strong background in talent acquisition and management. Currently serving as Recruitment Leader for Decathlon UK since October 2020, Nora has held multiple roles, including Talent Acquisition Manager for Head Offices and Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion UK leader, as well as managing in-store recruitment. Prior to Decathlon, Nora was a Talent Acquisition Specialist at Leroy Merlin in Spain and held various recruiting positions at PERSONE RESOURCES ETT SL and Informa Consultores. Nora is pursuing CIPD Level 5 People Management qualifications and holds a Master's degree in Talent Acquisition and Management from Universidad de Málaga, alongside dual degrees in Psychology from the University of Wroclaw and Universidad de Málaga.
