Steph Watson

Steph Watson currently serves as a Marketplace Business Developer at Decathlon UK, having joined the company in January 2024. Prior to this role, Steph worked at Lyle & Scott from November 2020 to January 2024, where responsibilities included managing key accounts and independent sales, as well as participating in a Management Development Programme. An internship at Sport Aberdeen in June 2019 provided valuable experience in marketing, digital communication, and PR, including campaign creation and social media management. Academically, Steph holds a BA (Hons) in International Business from Strathclyde Business School, studied International Business with a focus on Marketing at The Hong Kong Polytechnic University in 2019, and completed Advanced Highers and Highers at St. Margaret's School.
