Alexis Saint-Martin

Alexis Saint-Martin has extensive work experience in various finance and project management roles.

Alexis began their career in 2010 as a Project Manager in Communication at Publicis Groupe. From there, they worked at CarrierWeb, LLC. as a Business Process Consultant from June 2012 to December 2012.

In 2013, Alexis joined PepsiCo as a Revenue Management Analyst, and later that year moved to Decathlon International where they served as a Stores Accountant from August 2013 to July 2014. Alexis then became a Regional Financial Controller / Business Partner from August 2014 to December 2018.

Alexis went on to hold the position of Chief Financial Officer (CFO) in Ghana from January 2019 to May 2021. Alexis currently holds the position of Chief Financial Officer (CFO) in Thailand at Decathlon International, starting in May 2021.

Alexis Saint-Martin's education history includes completing a Master in Management (Graduate) degree in the Grande Ecole Programme at SKEMA Business School from 2011 to 2014. Prior to that, Alexis obtained a Master 1 (Graduate) degree in Communication and Marketing from EFAP - École des nouveaux métiers de la communication from 2008 to 2011. In 2007 and 2008, Alexis pursued a Bachelor's degree about Foreign Languages applied to Business at Université catholique de Lille. Alongside their formal education, Alexis has also obtained additional certifications. These include "Leading organisations in disruptive times" from INSEAD and "Building Your Leadership Skills" from HEC Paris, both obtained in 2023. Alexis also holds a certification in Agile Project Management (AgilePM) from APMG International. Furthermore, Alexis has achieved a score of 980/990 in the TOEIC exam provided by the TOEIC Program.
