Clément Leriche

Clément Leriche is currently engaged as a "Responsable de rayon en formation" at Decathlon France since October 2020, where responsibilities include leading the workshop area, ensuring safety compliance, managing commercial policies, and enhancing customer satisfaction. Previous positions at Decathlon include roles as "VSO - rayon cycle" and "Ambassadeur marque," focusing on cycling and VTT, which involved developing expert clientele and participating in product development events. Additionally, Clément served as an "Entraîneur/Initiateur" for the Fédération Française de Cyclisme, training national-level VTT riders and mentoring younger competitors. Clément is currently pursuing a BTS in Commerce Management from Pigier Rouen Normandie, having previously earned a Licence in STAPS from Université de Rouen and a Baccalauréat général in Science.
