Elalami LAFKIH is an experienced executive in the fields of eCommerce and digital transformation, currently serving as the Executive Director of OmniCommerce at DECATHLON FRANCE since November 2021. Prior roles include significant positions at L'Oréal as Global Head of eCommerce, where oversight of global e-commerce strategies and multidisciplinary teams was key, and at Salesforce on the Commerce Cloud Advisory Board. Elalami held leadership positions at Recommerce Group, Valtech, Avedya, Advestigo, Thales, and iMediation, focusing on digital experiences, software quality, and engineering. Educational credentials include a Master’s in Management and Decision-Making Engineering from the University of Aix-Marseille III and a Bachelor's in Applied Mathematics from Samara State Technical University, complemented by professional development programs at ESSEC Business School and Yale University.
