Mickael Cadot

Mickael Cadot is an experienced Human Resources and leadership professional with a strong background in the retail and sports sectors. Currently serving as the Human Resources Director at DECATHLON FRANCE since May 2023, Mickael previously held various leadership roles at Decathlon Türkiye from July 2015 to April 2023, including Country Leader (CEO) and Regional Leader. Prior to this, Mickael contributed to Decathlon International from September 1994 to July 2015 in roles such as Human Resources Leader and Brand Leader, gaining extensive experience in human resources and retail management. Mickael Cadot holds a degree from Ecole supérieure de Commerce d'Amiens Picardie, where studies were completed between 1991 and 1993.
