Wael Koubrousli

Wael Koubrousli is an accomplished commercial director at Decathlon France, with a career spanning from December 2014 to the present, where responsibilities include developing businesses in scooter, roller, and skate markets and leading the rental business transformation towards a Circular Economy model. With a strong background in retail management, Wael has successfully managed multiple stores, demonstrated leadership in regional retail transformations, and enhanced team motivation and performance during challenging times. Prior experience includes project management at FRENCHVAP, public relations at ProSwim, and roles at Schneider Electric and Bank Audi. Wael holds master’s degrees in Project Management and International Marketing from Université Le Havre Normandie and a bachelor's degree in Business and Management from Saint Joseph University of Beirut.
