Director Development Business and Industry

Michele began their career in the banking industry in 2002 as a financial services representative with AmSouth Bank. Director quickly rose through the ranks and was promoted to store manager with Wells Fargo in 2005. There, they were responsible for overall management of the branch, including sales goals, staffing, operations, cash management, and monthly audits. In 2012, they joined BB&T as a financial center leader and was responsible for sales goals, operations, cash management, representing the bank at community events, coaching and developing branch staff, referrals to lines of business partners, and client relations. In July 2013, they joined Decatur Morgan Hospital as the director of development for business and industry. In this role, they are responsible for growing new clients and developing existing relationships.
