Mr. Fawbush has over 30 years of manufacturing experience for both Tier 1 and Tier 2 companies. Mr. Fawbush has held Engineering and Management positions during his professional career with various companies both automotive and non-automotive-related manufacturers. During his engineering career, he has been heavily involved with R&D, Processing, Process Improvements, Tooling, and Machine Repair. Approximately 16 years of this time was spent with custom injection molding companies including Schegel Ind., Tasus Corp, and Onkyo America. Mr. Fawbush joined the Decatur Plastics team in July of 2013.
