Ms. Knight has 26 years of experience in Injection Molding. Teresa started her journey as a Quality Engineer and then held roles as Project Engineer and Quality Manager. In 1996 Teresa took on the responsibility of Materials Control Director for a start-up company. During this time she has worked extensively with Tier 1 and Tier 2 companies. She has been involved in many new program launch activities over the years with a primary focus on automotive. Teresa sets a standard of excellence for her team and strives to focus on internal and external customer satisfaction. Teresa joined the Decatur Plastics team in November 2013.
