Varadarajan P

Varadarajan P has a comprehensive work experience spanning over several decades. Varadarajan began their career as an Assistant in Finance at Carborundum Universal Limited in 1980. Varadarajan then worked as a Company Secretary at Nagarjuna Agrichem Ltd from 1993 to 2001. Following that, they served as a Company Secretary at Amara Raja Batteries Limited from 2001 to 2004. Varadarajan then joined Godavari Fertilisers and Chemicals Ltd as a Company Secretary and General Manager - Legal from 2004 to 2008. Varadarajan P then joined Coromandel International Limited, where they held the roles of General Manager - Legal from 2008 to 2013 and later became the Sr. Vice President - Legal & Company Secretary from 2013 to 2020. Varadarajan then worked as a Company Secretary at CG Power and Industrial Solutions Limited from 2021 to 2023. Currently, they hold the position of Sr. VP Legal and Company Secretary at Deccan Fine Chemicals Pvt. Limited since June 2023.

Varadarajan P received their LLB degree from Osmania University in Hyderabad in 1998. Before that, they completed their ACS degree from The Institute of Company Secretaries of India in 1990. In 1985, they obtained a B.Com. degree from Madurai Kamaraj University. Varadarajan P completed their SSLC (Secondary School Leaving Certificate) from Janaki Anni High School, between 1971 and 1977.
