Shashi Rao is an experienced professional with a diverse background in special education, journalism, and content development. Currently serving as Special Ed Coach and CEO at Leap Years by Adiksha Foundation since June 2015, Shashi is dedicated to promoting inclusivity and social value for children with special needs. In parallel, Shashi holds the position of Chief Copy Editor at Deccan Herald and has been a Director at KADS Associates since May 2015, contributing to the development of case studies, white papers, and marcom materials in the IT sector. With a rich history as a Senior Consultant at ASK Associates, Shashi began a career in journalism with the Indian Express and Economic Times, focusing on technology and business writing. Shashi also coordinated a post-graduate course in autism at KPAMRC from 2014 to 2020, highlighting a commitment to educational growth for parents and educators of children with special needs.
