Don Marsolini

Chief Strategic Officer at DECCO

Don Marsolini has extensive work experience in finance and accounting roles. Don started their career in 1985 as a Branch Cost Accountant at Adams-Russell Corporation and then worked as a Manufacturing Accountant and Corporate Accountant at Ceramics Process Systems / CPS Superconductor, Inc. In 1989, they became a Branch Accounting Manager at Colombo, Inc. From 1992 to 1994, they owned and managed Donmar Industrial Sheet Metal Company. Don then joined American Steel and Aluminum, LLC, where they served as a Regional Financial Controller and was responsible for directing key business operations across multiple locations. In 2004, they became the Chief Financial Officer at MSM Industries, Inc and achieved a significant increase in cash flow and profitability through a company restructure. As a Financial Consultant at JGI Eastern, Inc from 2005 to 2007, they presided over financial operations and successfully positioned the company for a merger. Don then joined AS&E as a Finance Manager, overseeing day-to-day financial operations and coordinating over 180 projects. Lastly, they worked at DECCO, starting as a Controller in 2015, then becoming the VP of Finance, and finally serving as the Chief Financial Officer from February 2021 onwards.

Don Marsolini completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from Northeastern University, which they attended from 1980 to 1985. Following this, they pursued higher education at Regis University from 1997 to 2000, obtaining a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with a specialization in International Business.
