Carla Maganinho has extensive experience in retail and sales management, currently serving as the Retail Manager at DECENIO since April 2017. Previously, Carla held the position of Regional Sales Manager at BLANCO from September 2002 to February 2017. Carla's educational background includes a Certification in Professional Coaching (CIPC) from the International Coaching University in Portugal, completed between 2018 and 2019, and a degree in Business Management from Universidade Lusiada Porto, obtained from 2003 to 2006.
