Ashley Reeves has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Ashley currently serves as the Head of Asia Pacific at 3IPK since 2022. Before that, they were the Director of Strategic Partnerships at DECENT since 2019. Prior to that, Ashley worked as the Head of Sales Operations at WoraPay from 2016 to 2019, where they played a key role in enabling the acceptance of multiple mobile wallets at merchant's point of sale.

Ashley also worked as the Global Partnerships Manager at Citrus Technology from 2014 to 2016, where they helped global companies achieve their goals in software and hardware industries. Ashley started their career as a Senior Sales Consultant at OSMii from 2011 to 2014. Prior to that, they worked as a Market Researcher at Five by Fifty from 2009 to 2010, focusing on strategic sales and marketing research for the Asia Pacific region.

Ashley Reeves holds an MSc in International Business from the University of Hertfordshire. Prior to that, they graduated with a BSc in Business Computing from the University of Surrey. In addition to their formal education, Ashley has obtained various certifications. These include "Blockchain: Beyond the Basics" from LinkedIn in February 2023, "Corda Certified Developer" from R3 in January 2022, "SalesForce Certification" from Salesforce in September 2016, "AWS Business Professional" from Amazon Web Services in September 2016, and "MX101x: Chinese Language: Basic Mandarin" from National Cheng-Chi University in February 2016.
