Will Collier

Will Collier has a diverse work experience across various industries. Will is currently a co-founder at Decent since November 2021. Prior to that, they held the role of Senior Consulting Analyst and Chief of Staff at Accenture from November 2020 to November 2021. In this role, they specialized in software and platforms and media and entertainment. Will demonstrated proficiency in account and client strategy, project and program management, and client relations and delivery. Will also served as a leader in the Social Innovator Accelerator.

Before Accenture, Will was a co-founder of The FarmLink Project from April 2020 to January 2021. During their time there, the organization rescued and transported over 120 million pounds of fresh produce to in-need communities. The FarmLink Project was recognized with a Congressional Medal of Honor in their first year of operations.

Prior to their entrepreneurial roles, Will worked as the Chief Marketing Officer at Artdatabase from October 2019 to March 2020. Will also gained valuable experience as an intern at Gensler, where they reported directly to the Co-CEO and contributed to the "Future of Cities" thesis and special project. Additionally, they interned at Howard Street, a start-up architecture firm, and HANLEY CONSTRUCTION & DEVELOPMENT LLC.

In 2017, Will worked as a host at The Club Car Bar & Restaurant. Prior to that, they interned at Ellington Management Group in 2016.

Will Collier attended Brown University from 2016 to 2020, where they pursued a double concentration in Architecture and Economics. Will completed the four-year Architecture program in collaboration with the Rhode Island School of Design (RISD). In 2022, Will also participated in a program at Y Combinator, although no specific degree or field of study is mentioned.
