Santiago Esponda

Santiago Esponda has extensive work experience in the finance sector. Santiago is currently serving as the Group CFO at Decentraland since May 2021. Prior to that, Santiago held various roles at Cisco from 2007 to 2021, including Cisco Capital - Latin America Financing Partnerships and Alliances, Multi Country Region Controller, and Southern Cone Controller. Santiago also worked as the Latin America Finance Director at Infor Global Solutions from 2005 to 2006, Finance Director at Nortel Networks from 1999 to 2005, Corporate Finance Senior Analyst at Sociedad Comercial del Plata from 1997 to 1999, and in Financial Planning & Control - Export Financing at Tenaris from 1994 to 1997.

Santiago Esponda completed a Master's degree in Finance in 1996 from Universidad del CEMA. Prior to that, they earned a Licenciado degree in Business Administration from Universidad Catolica Argentina, from 1989 to 1994.
