Gaurav Sharma

Gaurav Sharma is currently an advisor at Decentro. Gaurav has over 18 years of experience in the financial services industry, having worked with some of the largest banks and tech companies in the world. Sharma has a proven track record of success in both private and public markets investments, as well as in business and product strategy. In their previous role as managing director at Atlantis Capital, they were responsible for investments in private and public markets, as well as business and product strategy for global FinTechs and banks. Prior to that, they served as CTO and COO of Frontier Capital Ltd., a BSE-listed NBFC, where they started and built a profitable de-novo financial services business. Sharma has also co-founded and served as CEO of John Galt Ventures Pvt Ltd., a tech and specialist advisory firm that helps businesses accelerate growth. Gaurav has also held positions at MoneyLine Credit Ltd. and CITI- Consumer Finance + Digital, where they led product management and strategic projects.

Gaurav Sharma graduated from Sri Venkateswara College with a Bachelors of Commerce (Hons) in Business Management, Economics & Financial Accounting from Delhi University.
