Michelle Reeve

Michelle Reeve's work experience began in 2003 as a Front Office Manager at New Horizons Medical Center. In 2006, they completed an internship at StratIS Corporation, where they gained experience in business development and web design. From 2007 to 2014, Michelle worked at Youngsoft Inc, initially as an IT Recruiter and later as a Business Development and Account Administrator.

In 2014, they joined CDI Corporation as a Client Relationship Manager, responsible for building strong client relationships and negotiating rates for consultants. Michelle also participated in business meetings to review goals and develop strategies.

Since 2019, Michelle has been working at Dechen Consulting Group Inc. in various roles. Michelle initially served as an Account Executive/Client Relations Manager, handling project management, account management, and immigration coordination. In 2022, they took on the additional role of Immigration lead, providing guidance on immigration-related processes and drafting visa letters and application forms.
