Satra Sampson-Arokium

Satra Sampson-Arokium has a diverse work experience in the field of diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI). Satra started their career at Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu Limited in 2002, where they progressed global diversity strategic priorities and implemented DEI initiatives. Satra also held roles as an Ethics and Compliance Specialist and Chief of Staff for Global Enterprise Risk Services. In 2014, they joined Kaye Scholer LLP as the Director of Diversity and Inclusion. Satra then moved on to Arnold & Porter Kaye Scholer LLP as the Director of Diversity & Inclusion in 2017. Currently, they hold the position of Chief Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Officer at Dechert LLP, where they continue to drive DEI efforts. Throughout their career, they have gained expertise in designing, developing, and implementing leading-edge DEI initiatives and collaborating with global diversity teams and business leaders.

Satra Sampson-Arokium completed their Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Political Science from the University at Albany, SUNY, between 1992 and 1996. Later, they pursued their Masters of Public Administration (MPA) at Marist College from 2003 to 2005.
